One of Nars's newest lip colors for fall is Rouge Basque, a satin brick red that has a fantastic early-nineties look to it. I've been looking for a red lipstick with more crimson undertones, and this is the perfect fit for me. Francois Nars was apparently inspired by the inside cover of a book from the French countryside, and envisions this as the quintessential red of the Basque region. The bad news is that it's limited edition.
